Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Emma-Lou Creative. By working with me, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Emma-Lou Creative provides services including:

Content creation (including UGC)
Social media support, coaching & management
Website design

All services will be agreed in writing prior to work commencing.

2. Booking & Payment

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking
Remaining balances must be paid within the agreed timeframe
Work will not begin until payment has been received

For ongoing or monthly services, payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.

3. Pricing

All prices are agreed prior to the start of the project.

Prices listed as “from” are starting points and may vary depending on the scope of work.

4. Revisions & Edits

A set number of revisions may be included depending on the service
Additional revisions may be charged
Clear feedback must be provided within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays

5. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times will be discussed and agreed at the start of each project.

Delays in communication, content approval or required materials may impact delivery timelines.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide clear information, assets and feedback when required
Respond in a timely manner
Ensure they have the rights to any content, images or materials provided

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
For content shoots or booked time, rescheduling may be offered where possible

8. Content Usage

Emma-Lou Creative reserves the right to:

Use any created content for portfolio, website and marketing purposes

If you would prefer your content not to be shared, this must be requested in writing.

9. Results Disclaimer

While every effort is made to create high-quality, effective content and strategies, results (such as growth, engagement or sales) cannot be guaranteed as they depend on multiple external factors.

10. Intellectual Property

Final content and deliverables may be used by the client once full payment has been received
Emma-Lou Creative retains the right to showcase work unless otherwise agreed

11. Liability

Emma-Lou Creative will not be held liable for:

Any loss of business, revenue or opportunities
Platform changes (e.g. Instagram algorithm changes)
Third-party issues beyond control

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Any work completed up to this point must be paid for in full.
